These are not technical, how-to articles for a web designer. These are much needed articles to empower the website owner.

I see website owners making the same mistakes over and over. I personally believe it's not their fault, it's the fault of poor communication between the website designer/developer and the client. Often the website owner is expected to know more than necessary and this causes not only frustration, but poor results.

I do my best to communicate with the website owner in non technical terms so that they don't have to worry about understanding the why's or how's of it all, that's my job. My job is to understand clearly what they want to accomplish...and then do it.

I've written a couple of basic articles explaining the beginning processes of building a website...again, not for designers, but for website owners...looking for designers.
